Seeing through

D70 - 70 mm, 1/15 sec f/5.6, ISO 1600

How marvelous it feels

the smallest step forward

but how easily

is the subtle art

forgotten.

di un piccolo passo in avanti.
    ma quanto facilmente
    si dimentica
    l'arte sottile]

  2. @ amaramara: grazie... pensa che e' stata scattata a casa della Ste, mentre stavo cercando di mettere a punto alcuni parametri di esposizione della macchina.

    @ dmartini: Thank you!

  5. @ qualcosa di bello: judging from your comment, you're learning pretty nicely. The italian translation is there for those among my friends who aren't comfortable with english (and who told me google translated versions are almost unintelligible).
As for mirrors, as well as with waters, I think those are among my favorite subjects. I should probably ask a shrink why....

    have a nice day!

  8. Is it possible that sublte art is forever present, if only subliminal or transformative? One may forget images or words, but rarely, if ever, are feelings forgotten.

This is a most beauty image. I shall remember how it made me feel. This is the reason I return often to this site--to capture other feelings. Thank you, -a-c-.

  9. @ judith: yes it is possible. I actually believe it is always present. We are sometimes oblivious of its presence, but it is rather our fault.
Thank you, as always, for your keen and kind comment.
