  1. I'm sorry, but the first thing I thought about when I read this poem was not your picture, but women. Perhaps another double meaning you did not intend?? :P

  2. As you told me the real thing is even better than it looks in your pictures, I do understand why this is a place of worship.
    Have fun. Kisses

  6. Hello. I've finally stopped by to thank you for your very kind words left some weeks back now. My apologies for taking so long to get back to you. I'm afraid I went and hibernated for a little while. I'm glad, however, that I came by and landed on this particular post. Your photo is beautiful and I'm with Maggie to a certain extent - having written a poem intended to apply to both women and the earth, her thoughts echoed my own with regard to your words... they could easily apply to both Uluru and women :)

It always amazes me that places in my backyard are seen internationally. Granted, I'm quite a few hours away from Uluru by plane, but still, it's inexcusable that I've never seen it for myself. I'm so happy to find your stunning photo here.

With regard to the comments you left on my blog, I thank you most sincerely. I don't get to take any credit for any of my photos - shakey hands and a 4mp point and shoot say that it's definitely the scenery responsible for any of them turning out at all well. As for my poetry, I had wanted to do what you've done with your blog - shoot photos and write words inspired by them. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened.

And now that I've rambled on for half an hour...

Thank you again for stopping by my blog :)

  7. I am sorry for not answering you all individually but finding a stable connection (not to mention a cheap one) is a bit of a struggle in the red center.
Thank you all for your comments. I shall get back to my blogging activity as soon as possible.
A big kiss from Australia :-)

  9. invidio il vostro inglese, ragazzi!
ma questo blog è un'ottima occasione per praticarlo, thanks a lot!

p.s. è una foto che mi dà ansia, ma forse è solo il mio stato d'animo di questi momenti...
