Day 4 [morning]

Agadir

You all know I am not keen on portraits and I know I should practice more this particular aspect of photography.
I offer you these four attempts.
I should confess I took all them without the subject being aware I was shooting (thanks to my brand new 100-300 mm). So they are not fake poses.
The reason I share them is their link with the particular atmosphere of that place and I hope they can communicate the feeling to you as well.

  1. Nice to have a secret 'spy' lens, eh? I wish I had one... In any case, after reading your last pose, I get why the cruise would be difficult for someone such as yourself. QDB is right, you need to be out there mingling and staying in one place for a while to really get more than a birdseye view of culture. Nevertheless, you did a great job of capturing some with your magic eye.

  4. hehe... spy lenses.. are they not a tool too often misunderstood? The stolen picture reveals a deeper world than a carefully studied posture. I am a mere observer :-)

  5. Sensitive lens, AC. They are a proud, elegant beautiful, communal people, close to the earth and sea. You have caught this. Thank you.
