I cannot stop my wandering through funny lands,

what a waste of time

... ?

  1. [ Non posso fermare il mio vagabondare attraverso buffe terre,

    sognare ad occhi aperti

    che perdita di tempo

    ...? ]

  2. se questa non fosse molto meno macabra ricorderebbe la scena finale del settimo sigillo...

  3. I am wandering too, except I cannot leave home. Frustrating...

  4. Daydreaming is not a waste of time. That's where stories come from.

  5. Dear friends, surely it is not a waste of time! I meant this writing to be quite ironic, hence the question mark on the last line.
If it weren't for a little bit of daydreaming, how could we all go on?

  6. AC - I LOVE the roaming-open-air quality of the photo and I got the irony immediately. The question mark could also lead us there too. By the way, some of us do more than "a little bit of daydreaming." :-) Perhaps the difference between deep sleep dreaming and daydreaming is the waking moment, the potential of the latter for actions. Others may think the reverse.

  7. Oh, and the clouds and earth beneath the beasts make the words that much more penetrating. What an image, what a thought. Love it!

  8. Dearest should be published. I feel sad that the rest of the world has yet to discover you. Your connection to poetic wisdom is spellbinding. Thank you for creating this site.

  9. @ Linda & Judith: You are way too kind to this poor physicist. How can I properly thank you for your support and love?
    I should pay you a visit ...
